Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

Return and Exchange is only applicable if product is damaged upon arrival.  All orders placed on our website will be processed once you complete the checkout process. If buyers do not find the ordered item as they expected, they can request softcomstore for return or refund the order under conditions applied.
However, we’ll do our best to accommodate you if you need to make changes. Exchange and return requests will only be entertained within 5 days of delivery date. All shipping charges incurred must be paid by the customer.

To serve our customers, we offer exchange or return under set conditions. Simply follow the guidelines mentioned and we will try our best to complete return process as soon as possible.
Eligibility criteria on Product Return:
•  If not genuine or quality products dispatched to customer.
•  In case of wrongly dispatched items.
•  If not match the description provided on website.
•  If you have received wrong size or color, we can replace the product to correct one at earliest as possible.
•  You have 5 calendar days after item delivery to notify us that you want to return your product.
•  If your item meets all the requirements, your return can be initiated.
Special Instructions for Customers when dispatching the returnable product:
1. The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging/box.
2. In case of return the product, the courier charges must be paid by the customer. Otherwise, the product will not be received back.
3. We will ship you the new product after examining the product returned.
4. The product will not be accepted if the product is mishandled, broken, or any physical damage by the customer.

The Customer has 5 calendar days after item delivery to notify us that he wants to return the product.
